Nice article. I can add , its better to write your goals on a piece of paper and read it everyday . That would actually makes your goal stick harder in your memory .

Absolutely. I try to make sure that I have my entire goal stated clearly in my notebook for I enter it into my my Google Calendar.
I also make sure to read it multiple times a day.
